宾语从句在英语知识的学习中有着举足轻重的地位，宾语从句在英语知识的用途中非常广泛，无论在英语口语交际中，还是在英语书面表达题中都十分重要，熟练掌握宾语从句，对英语学习颇为有利。结合实际，下面将宾语从句的使用进行归类。　　

1.宾语从句后接陈述句或肯定句时，可跟连接词that或that省略。如;　　

(1) She said (that) she would go to 　　Beijing　　 next week.　　

(2) They tell us (that) they are going to show the visitors around their school the day after tomorrow.　　

(3)Ling Ming says (that) he will be back in two hours.　　

(4)John knows (that) the man is a thief.　　

2.宾语从句中主句是肯定句或否定句，后接由特殊疑问词引导的句子时，从句中的句子仍用陈述句，句子中后面的标点符号也仍用句号。如;　　

(1) He asked me when we would leave 　Guangzhou　 for 　　Toronto　　.　　

(2) Wang Hai asks where the foreigners are going for a picnic.　　

(3)I don't know what I should do.　　

(4)There are so many good books on the shelf .She doesn’t know which ones she should choose.　　

(5)Bob and Jack wonder how many tall buildings are going to be built in their neighborhood.　　

(6)We really didn’t know how we could deal with the difficult problems.　　

(7)No one can guess whose doll it is.　　

3.宾语从句中主句由一般疑问句引导，而从句中跟特殊疑问词时，后面的句子应该用陈述句形式，句子后面的标点符号必须用问号。如;　　

(1)Could you tell me how I can get to the science muesum?　　

(2)Does anybody know where these clothes have been put away ?.　　

(3)Did he know who did it yesterday?　　

(4) Can you guess what time it is?　　

(5)Do they know when they will start ?　　

4.宾语从句中，主句表示肯定句或否定句时，从句由连词if(whether)引导时，后面的句子也用陈述句，句中后的标点符号用句号，但是宾语从句中主句是一般疑问句时，句子后面的标点符号却用问号。如;　　

(1)Miss Li wonders if(whether) the woman is a spy .　　

(2)In fact ,they really want to know if(whether) Mr Brown is kind to them.　　

(3)Mr Ma didn’t know if(whether) the girl had been away from home.　　

(4)Do you know if(whether) Li Ming has finished his homework?　　

(5)Can you tell me if(whether) the early train will leave at half past five?　　

(6)Did he know if(whether) you had been to 　　Shanghai　　 when you were a little boy?
