董老师的课条理很清楚，从数字复习到句型教学，层层递进，让学生知识积累由浅到深，掌握很扎实。　　

我觉得我们的课堂设计也应做到如此。了解学生的学习语言的习惯，从单词的复习引导再到句型的学习操练，脚踏实地往前走。同时，我们课堂用语要引起重视，要用地道但是简单易懂的英语指令与学生交流。这样课堂英语氛围浓厚了，学生学习英语的积极性也提高了。学起来也更容易些。此外，操练方式也可以更多样化，师生合作说，同桌间拿实物表演，跟录音读，跟老师读，通过多样化的反复操练来巩固学生的知识。最后，要及时鼓励学生，注意评价方式。董老师让男女生比赛也很好说明了这点。学生学习的兴趣会浓厚很多。
