董老师的课条理很清楚,从数字复习到句型教学,层层递进,让学生知识积累由浅到深,掌握很扎实。
我觉得我们的课堂设计也应做到如此。了解学生的学习语言的习惯,从单词的复习引导再到句型的学习操练,脚踏实地往前走。同时,我们课堂用语要引起重视,要用地道但是简单易懂的英语指令与学生交流。这样课堂英语氛围浓厚了,学生学习英语的积极性也提高了。学起来也更容易些。此外,操练方式也可以更多样化,师生合作说,同桌间拿实物表演,跟录音读,跟老师读,通过多样化的反复操练来巩固学生的知识。最后,要及时鼓励学生,注意评价方式。董老师让男女生比赛也很好说明了这点。学生学习的兴趣会浓厚很多。
